Maintaining Fitness When Injured

Dear Editor,

I injured myself exercising recently and I wanted to share what I had learned. During the early stages of injury, you should avoid bearing any weight on the injured limb. Doctors will usually give you some type of cast, even one that can be removed including an air cast, and crutches so that you’ll be able to still get around. During this time you should avoid physical activity that could make the injury worse. If your cast is removable, and your doctor says it is okay, then you may be able to swim with out placing too much strain on the injury. This will allow you to keep fit while your injury heals.

Six Pack Abs

Dear Editor,

This is the truth about six pack abs. The principal reason for these developing is that your intestinal muscles adapt to twitch terribly quick. As swiftly as they adapting, you need to change exercises or you might stop seeing outcomes. By keeping your ab muscles guessing as to what’s coming you will maintain the outcomes and increase your muscle size. Don’t make the mistake of doing the exact same uninteresting workout, day in, day out.
