What Is Opinion?
So what is ‘Opinion’ all about? You ask.
Well, each month InShape News will give a health and fitness topic to health and wellness professionals. These people include celebrities, personal trainers, sporting identities, and other health and fitness experts. We’ll then ask them what their opinion is on a specific topic. Then we’ll share their answers with you.
What Topics Does This Column Cover?
These topics are all health and fitness related. For instance, some may be related to nutrition such as low-fat diets, skipping breakfast, superfoods and vital greens, as well as carb intake. Other topics may be about exercise such as ab workouts, Bikram Yoga, burning fat and how to start getting in shape.
