Going to the gym can sometimes feel like a chore. So, locking yourself into workout mode to get the results you crave at the gym is not always easy. Some days you’ll be so enthusiastic to get to the gym as a beginner or advanced athlete that you’ll won’t be able to sit still for long enough to get your tee and gym shorts on or tie your shoe laces.
