Did you know you are light? Yes, you do glow and emit light. Plus, you can improve your energy with light, colours, sounds and much more. The future of healing will soon be through light and energy.

Since you are probably excited and might be wondering how do I improve my energy? The answer is simple re-connect back to nature and light. Surround yourself with nature’s full 12 spectra of colours, be aware of what you eat, how you dress and think because all will feed into your energy levels. Move your body holistically to open up your chakra’s, as well as your meridian lines and remove massive energy blocks that make you feel lethargic, depressed, tired and possibly sick. Humans need light for the endocrine system, energy, and immunity.

Although this may sound contradictory to how our society has currently evolved into; the truth is we are part of earth and health begins when we live a life in tune and harmony with the land. For example, sunglasses block light from entering our eyes. However, our eyes are a gateway to receiving light energy. The full spectrum light therapy has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression and is very helpful for alcohol and drug addictions. The light just might be able to save humanity.

The key and answer to health is to re-connect and live a simple life like our ancestors did. Spend 2 hours a day in indirect sunlight, spend time in nature, do tai chi and yoga and watch yourself lighten up.
