Relationships are the PERFECT opportunity to take a long, hard look in the mirror and examine all of our inner workings. If we pay attention to the signs we receive, how our body is responding, the intuition we feel and the lessons presenting themselves to us, we can learn a great deal about ourselves through our relationships.

There is a huge difference between conditional and unconditional love, though perpetrators of conditional love will have you think they are one in the same. That’s because we (the perps!) use what we believe to be “love” to manipulate and control.

The word “love” is one that is thrown around and misinterpreted often. We all want to share love with someone, to give and receive love, to feel loved. But, the term “love” has so many different versions and its meaning has become rather subjective…and diluted.
