Mirror, mirror on the wall, tell me who is the most beautiful of them all? You are! Wait, do not over stretch your smile because you just used around 26 facial muscles! The face is an amazing creature, it can transmit messages, and is the house of all your emotions. Did you know, it can produce around 20 different expressions!

Say Goodbye Devil and Hello Angel

The key to having the angel’s look is to understand how to use your face, re-vitalize and maintain it, think like an angel, and protect it from stress and those incomplete unstable crazy free radicals.

Step 1

First, stress and free radicals are your beauties’ biggest enemies so avoid tension, smoking, drugs, pollution, and UV radiation.

Step 2

Secondly, play around with your facial muscles.  For example, try to lift your right cheek upwards 20x without moving other facial muscles. Try the left cheek. Can you wiggle out all of your facial muscles? Now add a drop of almond or organic coconut oil to the palms of your hands and gently massage your entire face. Breathe in deeply for one minute, and then make a surprised look by opening your eyes and releasing all of your facial expressions (especially your forehead). Did you feel that facial stretch? Perform 10-20x/day to release facial tension.

Step 3

Thirdly, didn’t Popeye say eat your spinach? Load up on the green and yellow anti-wrinkle veggies. Eat berries, pomegranate, nuts, ginger, cabbage, grapefruits, oatmeal, and oranges. Start loving your anti-aging vitamins: A, B, C, E, F, zinc, and copper.

Step 4

Fourthly, say goodbye to negative devil thoughts and replace them with positive. Remember, positive attracts positive. Now take a selfie, and during the next 3-months truly believe you are forever young. Compare your second selfie 3-months from now. Miracles do exist you just have to believe in them!

Step 5

Now for final pose, yoga’s savasana. This is an amazing powerful restorative, healing, relaxing and anti-stress exercise. Animals do it all the time! Just play dead by lying down on your back and let go of everything. You might want to put calming nature sounds to release bodily and facial tension. During this pose observe your breath and use your it to release every muscle starting from your face to your toes. Rest for 5-7 minutes.

You’re a star and your face is amazing, start loving and honoring it and it will give you that miraculous glowing look. Need a halo?
