Balancing Your Root Chakra
Your Root Chakra can be balanced by:
- Using the color red – Crystals, lights, clothing. Envision the color red glowing brightly and transparently at the base of the spine.
- Getting your move on – Exercise, yoga, dancing, walking. Move your body.
- Spending time in nature – Ground yourself into the Earth by absorbing its energy and spending time outside.
- Taking a shower, bath or swim – Soak yourself in the calming, welcoming water.
