17 million Australians are overweight or obese state the Monash Obesity and Diabetes Institute, and this number is growing.
Kylie Ryan, a weight loss motivation specialist that uses Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) takes obesity personally.
“I ballooned from a slim child to a buxom 90 kilograms,” said Ryan. “I would pinch and squeeze at the fat.”
Introduced to NLP by a friend, Ryan said the changes were immediate.
“We did some work on my mindset and beliefs. I lost 20 kilograms in three months,” she said.
Ryan is now introducing others to the treatment so they can stop struggling with weight.
